Duplicating Dashboards

IT Visibility is being upgraded with the introduction of Technology Intelligence Platform beginning in September 2024. Flexera will contact you directly regarding the timeframe of your upgrade. With Technology Intelligence Platform, out-of-the-box IT Visibility dashboards are being replaced with new, enhanced IT Visibility Technology Intelligence Platform reports. Your current custom and out-of-the-box dashboards will remain available for 6 weeks after your organization has been upgraded to Technology Intelligence Platform. During this time frame, you will be able to recreate your custom views in the new reporting capability. At the end of this time frame, access to all previous IT Visibility dashboarding capabilities will be removed.

You can duplicate any dashboard by saving it as a new dashboard.

To duplicate a dashboard:

1. Open the dashboard that you want to duplicate.
2. Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
3. Click Save as new . The Save dashboard as new dialog box opens.
4. Type a name for the new dashboard.
5. Click Create dashboard . A new dashboard is created with all the filters.
