Deleting a Target

To delete a target, perform the following steps.

To delete a target:

  1. Go to the Discovery and Inventory Rules page ( Data Collection > IT Assets Inventory Tasks > Discovery and Inventory Rules ).
    • The Discovery and Inventory Rules page appears.
  2. Click the Targets tab.
  3. Click the delete icon for the target that you wish to delete.
    • IT Asset Management displays a warning message to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click OK to delete the target.

The Discovery and Inventory Rules page appears.
