Spend Insights
The Spend Insights report page provides a high-level overview with visuals that summarize the overall cloud software spend.
Reading the report
The following values and key performance indicator (KPI) visuals are available.

All spend data is based on the date range selected from the date filters. You can also filter data by cloud vendor and cost center, as well as choose the currency for displaying spend and savings values. For more information, see Viewing the Software Insights and Spend Optimization Report.
| Value or KPI Visual | Description |

| Total AWS & Azure Spend | The total spend, including software and compute, across all cloud providers supported by Cloud License Management. The broken-down spend in each supported cloud provider is also displayed. |
| Marketplace Spend | The total PAYG spend across all cloud providers supported by Cloud License Management. The broken-down PAYG spend in each supported cloud provider is also displayed. |
| PAYG Software Spend | The total PAYG software spend across all cloud providers supported by Cloud License Management. The broken-down PAYG software spend in each supported cloud provider is also displayed. |
| Last 30 Days Potential Savings | The potential savings over the last 30 days if the PAYG software had been replaced with BYOL software, based on your IT Asset Management license entitlements. The broken-down potential savings in each supported cloud provider is also displayed. |
| Software Spend by Date | A line chart that shows the PAYG software spend history and the predicted future trend by date. |
| Software Spend by Cost Center | A bar chart that shows the PAYG software spend broken down by cost center. |
| Software Spend by Manufacturer | A pie chart that shows the PAYG software spend broken down by software manufacturer. |
| Software Spend by Provider | A doughnut that shows the PAYG software spend broken down by cloud provider. |
